        <![CDATA[<p><strong>Mike</strong> is US-born and graduated from Colorado State University. He has lived in Iceland for over 24 years. Recently he was short-listed for the post of Park Superintendent at Iceland’s Skaftafell National Park.</p>

<p>A charter member of the North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA), he designed a nationwide photo workshop tour in 2005 for three leaders in nature photography: David Muench, Tom Mangelsen and Jim Brandenburg. Many participants were so pleased they encouraged him to start his own company.</p>
